Welcome to Long Life Fit Training Camp. Born out of a labor of love, determination and the willingness to see children, teenagers and adults benefit in a wholesome and positive, healthy, energetic performing arts environment.
Opening Long Life Fit has been a dream for Jim and Louisa Long who have been long life devotees. They have sensed for years that big chain, mega gyms and small boxing/fighting only facilities weren’t meeting individuals and family’s fitness needs. Jim and Louisa have seen kids not being able to pursue or be nurtured in the performing arts and a group training class environment in the school systems today. This is critical for the development of a healthy mind, body and spirit while fostering exceptional talents with superb teaching instruction and mentoring. Jim Long has an extensive boxing background spanning over 10 years. He is set on being the training platform not only for serious boxers but also for high school and college sport preparation. He wants his students to reach their goals, train smarter, while having mentorship with motivation and a cohesive working style. The passion and extreme focus that has defined Jim Long as a boxer, is what he wants to give back and instill in his students. Our State of the Art Professional Boxing Gym offers the serious boxer all that he or she needs and more to take their professional training to the next level. The amateur athlete who wants to turn professional, will find a rock solid home with Jim Long at Long Life Fit Training Camp. Louisa Long, whose strong dance background has defined her as a leading teacher in Las Vegas, believes all children should have the opportunity to grow and excel in dance styles and programs. Long Life Fit Training Camp and Long Life Dance were designed to be a value-based facility that prides itself in hosting tenured and popular Instructors in their respective fields. We offer classes from the beginner level to the most avid practitioner. We are happy to welcome anyone with a desire for class instruction in fitness, boxing, boot camp and Zumba and dance. It is our goal to provide superb teaching instruction from dedicated and trained professionals. We have a positive and energized fitness facility, with a wonderful family of students. We are so happy to have you with us.
